🌿 Solar-powered stays • ⛰️ Mountain views • 🌲 Forest hideaways • ☀️ Eco travel

Cape Town is regularly ranked among the world’s top travel cities
I recently checked into an Airbnb in Cape Town, where the Airbnb scene feels bigger than ever right now. Travelers are chasing hidden eco-lodges, mountain views, and quiet stays tucked beneath Table Mountain.
Did you know? Table Mountain is older than the Himalayas.

My Airbnb was just 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Lion’s Head, the famous mountain shaped like a lion lying down and known for its breathtaking sunrise and sunset hikes. There were some very nice food spots right near me.

During my stay, I checked into an eco-lodge in Upper Gardens, a leafy neighborhood sitting right beneath the mountain. I was completely off the grid in this eco-friendly stay, designed to blend into nature instead of overpowering it. Solar-powered, forest-filled, and incredibly peaceful, it felt like a hidden retreat inside the city itself. I highly recommend it, and I’ll link the stay below:
