Modern psychology doesn’t suggest that wishes magically come true. What it does show is that focused goals, optimism, and repeated attention can influence our decisions, actions, and the opportunities we notice.
🌿 Try this: Write a single word on a bay leaf, such as Opportunity, Confidence, Love, or Abundance. Light a candle, focus on that intention for a few moments, then safely burn the leaf and release it.
