FILLING:
1 onion, chopped & fried
250g bacon, ham or viennas, chopped & fried
150 g mushrooms
250 ml grated Cheddar Cheese
EGG CUSTARD:
150 ml milk
2 eggs
30 ml flour
5 ml mustard
3 ml salt
2 ml pepper
2 ml Aromat
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a small pie dish.
Place ingredients for filling into pie dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese over.
Place all the custard ingredients into a Tupperware in the order in which they are written and shake well.
Pour over the filling and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or until set. Serves 6.
